Sleep problems – Getting enough sleep is important for us physically and emotionally. This session focuses on what we can do to improve our sleep, including tips for managing worries that may cause you to stay awake at night.
Low confidence and assertiveness – Have you ever struggled with not feeling ‘good enough’? This audio looks at what you can do to boost your self-confidence such as challenging negative beliefs and noticing your strengths.
Unhelpful thinking – Negative thinking and worrying about things over and over again can affect us all. Believing these types of thoughts can cause us to feel worse, and stop us from doing things like socialising with friends. This audio looks at practical ways to replace unhelpful thoughts with more positive thinking.
